Objectives
The Constitution and By- Laws, Art. II of the Local Government of Quezon Employees’ Association provide the following Objectives:
Sec. 1 To establish an organization that will represent the employees of the local government unit of Quezon, Isabela in collective bargaining with respect to the terms and conditions of employment, which may be considered as subject for negotiations.
Sec. 2 To promote the moral, social and economic well- being of all the members.
The Constitution and By- Laws, Art. II of the Local Government of Quezon Employees’ Association provide the following Objectives:
Sec. 1 To establish an organization that will represent the employees of the local government unit of Quezon, Isabela in collective bargaining with respect to the terms and conditions of employment, which may be considered as subject for negotiations.

Sec. 3 To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members.
Sec. 4 To foster harmonious and progressive labor management relations.
Sec. 5 To strive for the adoption of legislation, policies and other measures that will promote the economic, social and general well- being of all the members.
Sec. 6 To promote the enlightenment of all members in regard to their rights and obligations as association members and as employees, the present labor relations system, the existing Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) and all the matters that directly or indirectly affect them.
Sec. 3 To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members.

LGQEA Officers and Board of Trustees FTP 2022- 2025 joins the Quezon, Isabela community in celebrating Quezon Day on August 19, 2023. The accredited Employees' Association headed by President Mauricio C. Gante, awarded the current Administration during the Rimat iti Danggayan 2023.
A Plaque of Appreciation was presented to the ever supportive leaders of our hometown Quezon, headed by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jimmy S. Gamazon, Jr., the Municipal Vice Mayor, Hon. Daryl Gascon, and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, namely, Hon. Jheroine D. Gante, Hon. Annaliza M. Dioquino, Hon. Armando L. Lacambra, Hon. Angel B. Killip, Hon. Jimmy S. Gamazon, Sr., Hon. Jesus DV. Poquiz, Hon. Daisy V. Infante, Hon. Randy E. Hipolito, Hon. Gabriel C. Sakiting, Hon. Richard C. Gomez and the SB Secretary Andres O. Fernandez.
